Hello, same problem here. I get the message “Please login as a vendor” when I try to connect with a vendor’s (store owner) account…

I am also receiving the same error “Please login as a vendor”

Hello,
Sorry for the delayed response,
Our team checked the login. you were entering the site URL incorrectly the site URL needs to be without “/store/test1”
ie it needs to be exactly: https://elelisrael.co.il
Moreover in your site, the WCFM REST API plugin (WooCommerce Multivendor Marketplace – REST API) was not installed we have installed it. Now test the login keeping the site url exactly what we mentioned.

Hi I am facing the same issue, have followed the .htaaccess and wp-config php based on https://docs.wclovers.com/wcfm-app/ but received Website Auth Setup Incorrect – Contact Admin – JWT Plugin Inactive” when login to the app.

Eventually the problem is not what I thought it was.

If the Local pickup is set as free by the vendor (entering ”0” in their shipping settings), instead of displaying ”Free” or ”0,00€” on the checkout (and basket) page, nothing is displayed, which is confusing.

Can I avoid this by showing ”0,00€” or a custom text?

Delivery App Problem

Greetings, I see that in the Delivery application, when an order is marked as shipped, the delivery person receives a different delivery request for each product in the order, how would I only show him one delivery for all items? We deliver all the items together, it is not convenient for me to count the deliveries as separate items.

I’m getting the error when I try to login via the app:

"login faluire contact admin-probable cause incorrect url"

I have followed all the steps in https://docs.wclovers.com/wcfm-app/ (htaccess, wp-config, JWT plugin active etc)

Problem with Mobile App …

Greetings, I have many days trying to configure the mobile app to work correctly, but I cannot get it to perform the basic functions it should.

When receiving a new order, I cannot see from the “Orders” panel the billing address or the shipping address of the customer, also, it does not allow me to change the status of the order, it only allows me to change it to a completed status.

How could I solve it? Is there something I am doing wrong? These functions should be seen and it is I who cannot see them? Or are they features not integrated into the app? Without being able to see customer information, and without being able to change the order status, I don’t really see how useful the app can be.

Thanks wclovers solved my problem. I think is because of http or https in site url. Copy your exact site url when login into the app
