Greetings, I have many days trying to configure the mobile app to work correctly, but I cannot get it to perform the basic functions it should.
When receiving a new order, I cannot see from the “Orders” panel the billing address or the shipping address of the customer, also, it does not allow me to change the status of the order, it only allows me to change it to a completed status.
How could I solve it? Is there something I am doing wrong? These functions should be seen and it is I who cannot see them? Or are they features not integrated into the app? Without being able to see customer information, and without being able to change the order status, I don’t really see how useful the app can be.

There are no answers for me? I see that others who publish their unknowns around here if they respond and they ignore me …
