From Broadway to Motown to Nashville, songwriting has always been a collaborative effort among multiple writers—much like the teamwork needed to run a successful organization. In this songwriting group activity, your team will work with an expert songwriter to compose a customized song that tells your story.

In Team Songwriting Experience, your team will start off with a music ice breaker and then jump into crafting your customized song. Once you’ve created a tune, your audience will help perform the song(s) they contributed to creating! Whether in a “SONG SLAM” songwriting competition with smaller sub-teams or as one unified group in our “Collaboration Keynotes,” there will be an unforgettable finale that will have participants talking for years.

No musical ability is required to participate, but participants should be prepared to find their voice and contribute more creatively than in most corporate music events. By the end of the session, attendees will leave with a deeper understanding of active listening, creativity, teamwork, and collaboration. If you enjoy music and creative problem-solving, you’ll love this musical game for adults.

There’s nothing quite like an interactive musical show to boost morale and bring your employees together. TeamBonding can’t take credit for the concept of live piano bars (though we do love them). But when we discovered the most talented piano duo we’ve ever seen, we just knew their own magical teamwork would translate into a powerful team building program. This is the result.

First off, you should know that a dueling piano show is not a concert. And though the term “dueling” may conjure images of a battle between players, these two virtuosos actually sync together as a cohesive unit. Seated at opposing baby grand pianos, they play and sing a wide variety of favorites old and new. The show is filled with fun interaction, impeccable comedic timing and lots of priceless unscripted moments.

One more amazing thing about the musicians is their seemingly endless musical repertoire. Simply put, Finnegan’s Wake is a really great time. This highly successful show has wowed audiences in Greater Boston and New Jersey for over 17 years. At Atlantic City’s Showboat Casino alone, over 25,000 mourners came to pay their respects to the dearly departed over a two-year run.

We offer this as a complete event package, leaving you and your guests free to fully enjoy the experience. And that experience includes tender ballads, rowdy reels, raucous comedy and a collection of outrageous characters. There’s also plenty of fun audience participation – prepare your own eulogies beforehand, as you and your guests may be called on to honor the dearly departed with a joke, song or dance.

In today’s fast-paced, ever-changing business climate, remaining quickly adaptable is an essential skill. Adaptation helps to maintain a team’s productivity, agility and resilience. This hands-on workshop can help.

Crescendo harnesses the power of music to help teams bond and achieve the seemingly impossible. Most of us wouldn’t dream we could learn to play an instrument in less than an hour. But working together as a collective group, with everyone focused on a common goal, it is actually possible.

This musical team building activity offers lots of wonderful benefits. Music is really effective at enhancing learning. And when teams make music together, it inspires unity, cooperation and synergy in a way few other experiences can.

The event begins with participants listening to music played by our instructors. Imagine their faces when we explain that they’ll soon be doing the same thing. They’re expertly guided through a practical lesson covering the basics, and then everyone learns the simple part they’ll be playing for the big performance. Beatswork

Teaching your people to share the language of music is a terrific way to foster better communication and listening skills, both on and off the job. BeatsWork is a drumming experience that is inspirational and also happens to be loads of fun.

Led by a professional percussionist, your team starts off in small groups, each learning the basics of a different percussion instrument. After a series of rhythm-based warmup exercises, the groups rotate to try a different set of rhythms and instruments. We will rotate enough times to have everyone experience each instrument, and they will choose their favorite for the final performance.

Once they’ve practiced their newfound skills, everybody comes together for a thundering group drum extravaganza. Colleagues beat, shake, stamp and drum in time together in a pulsating display of teamwork. Even shy, reserved personalities emerge from their shells as they get swept up in the social power of room-filling music.

BeatsWork is an all-inclusive activity where every person gets a role to play. It provides a perfect metaphor for teams working together in sync to accomplish something greater than the sum of the individual parts.
