Unable to view PDF digital product files uploaded by vendors

      I seem to be unable to view some PDF files uploaded by vendors for no apparent reason. I get a ‘forbidden’ message saying I don’t have permission to view the file. It only happens for some files/vendors. As they are selling digital (PDF) products, I need to be able to view the files. I have had one of the vendors email me one of the files affected and there doesn’t seem to be any restrictions on the file itself. I have contacted the hosting company but they aren’t sure why it’s happening. Anyone got any other suggestions?? Thanks!!!
