      Shipping ,billing, Brand tap in settings are showing that to contact admin as i have enables all these from backend

      Those are not errors.
      These settings are part of WCfM Ultimate, so it’s showing such message.

      Billing, Shipping, Vacation are part of WCfM Ultimate.
