Hi, I’m using Astra Theme with WooCommerce and WC Vendors. Also I’m using Beaver Builder as my page builder. Now I tried customizing the dashboard page using Beaver Builder. Afterwards, I can’t access any of the menu on the WCFM dashboard as they all redirect to the Hello World post. All I did was add a background. How do I fix this?

Hi,
Thanks for get in touch with us.
I think WCFM page setting messed up somehow.
You can reset this very easily, kindly go to wp-admin -> WCFM Options (possible last menu option) -> Set the proper dashboard page (should have the short code [wc_frontend_manager])
Please know me is this resolve your issue or not!
Thank You

Hi, I’ve checked the settngs in WCFM Options and the page set is correct. I also checked the page if the shortcode is correct. WCFM display meaning the shortcode is correct. But when I try to access the menu, it goes to the Hello World post but the url shown is from WCFM (e.g. …/wcfm-settings)

Hi,
Thanks for the credentials.
I have just checked the issue.
I have noticed one more thing, in such redirect user also gets logged out, did you see that?
I think your WP has some cookies issue.
Can you confirm me one more thing, which page set at your WooCommerce my-account page Settings? And which multi-vendor plugin you are using in?
Thank You

Hi, I think I may have solved it. My WCFM page is set as my homepage, therefore “/wcfm” is not in the url. Does the dashboard menu items need to be accessed from the “/wcfm” url and not anywhere else?

Yeah, that’s true.
Ahh … That was a big mess but thanks for reaching us. People will aware of that.
