How do referred Vendor and Affiliate relation work?

      If a vendor sign up using an affiliate link, then I want if that particular vendor sells whatever items of whatever rates but a certain commission let say 1% should always go to that affiliate, who referred that vendor.

      Example: If Affiliate “X” referred to a vendor name “Test Vendor”. Now Test Vendor upload his products and sell through the website and make $1000 then 1% of $1000 means $10 should go to the Affiliate account.

      Is this feature already available in this plugin?
