      Seems that staff have access to all images in the site – not just store.
      Vendor can only access and manage his own.
      Is this a bug?

      Is this staff created by Vendor or Admin ?

      I have checked this by creating a new staff account from a vendor and the problem persisted. Staff are getting full admin rights on images.
