Posting here because I have not received any answers from the premium support ticket.

Almost a month ago ago I’ve requested support on how to display the membership plan selection screen before the vendor’s registration.

But I wanted to know if it’s possible to create a separate registration form depending on which plan the vendor chooses.

E.g.: the free membership plan should have different forms than the paid membership one.

Please, this is a very important feature that I need. Please reach out to me.

is it possible to show the search result order by vendor membership level? For example show first all products from gold membership owner, then silver membership, then free membership? If this is not a default option, do you think this is possible with woocommerce snippets oder additional plugins like toolset types?

I have WCFM + ultimate + staff modules installed (along with Woo and everything else I needed) and intend using it on two separate marketplace sites. These two sites are essentially the same but for different purposes.

In a nutshell, both sites are commission zero, monthly subscription to sign up for a store – three different levels depending on size of store, with payments direct to vendors (split pay).

1. madeinlismore.com.au/store-setup works but as soon as you get to the payment option page you CAN’T actually click the radio button. It did originally work (screenshot 1), but now it doesn’t (screenshot 2). You can sign up for a free store and you can buy products in the stores – I’ve tested this and also tested the refund process and it works.

2. lismorebusiness.com.au/store-setup works as well but you CAN click the radio button and proceed to pay (screenshot 3). Haven’t yet tested purchasing something in the store/s but no reason to think it won’t work per (1).

I’ve literally gone through both sites and they match setup/plugins/same versions/same themes. Everything is the same. But vendors can pay a subscription in one market place, but not the other. I’ve reinstalled, I’ve setup new stripe accounts, I’ve literally gone through the setups page by page.

I’ve been tearing my hair out trying to solve this. I would appreciate some clues as to what to look for with this as I’m now at a point that I’m going to have to offer stores for free for a longer than desired period of time until I get the Made in Lismore (which is the first one to be launched) which is unsustainable.

Your urgent advice will be most appreciated.

We have facing issue with upgrade seller membership plane. When the vendor upgrades the membership plan. in our case, we have four membership plan
1) trial
2) Basic
3) Premium
4) Gold

When vendor registers with any plan like in our case vendor register with the basic plan. After vender wants to upgrade his plan Basic to Glod. But after successful
payment is done. The vendor plan does not update in the system. It still showing as Basic.

So kindly please help us. For fixing this issue.

I’m going to explain how I set up my WCFM and how commissions should be taken out and how much I owe the clothing brand in this case

Marketplace: Lefem
Allied Brand: Clothing and Accessories

“Basic Plan” – on this plan we have been testing
Commission for Administrator: It is not very clear the information of the tutorials, I assume that the commission is for us the administrators and the configured values is what we charge the customer, the differential value of the (tax sale) – (commission tax)

Membership – Free
Collection type: Fixed percentage
Percentage: 23.99%
Fixed: $4,500 COP

I will expose a specific case that we have in the system to evaluate.

Shop: Blunua

Unit Price: $46,000
Total: $138,000
VAT 19% sale: $26,220
Order Total: $164,220 COP

So far everything goes very well now I will show the commission settlement as it should be or as it is our accountant.

Base Commission Value: $138,000 (before VAT)
Percent 23.99%: $33,106.20
Fixed $4,500 x 3 products: $13,500
Total Commission: $4Total Commission: $4 6,606.20
VAT 19%: $8,855.18
Total commission payment: $55,461.38 COP

Lefem collects the money and returns to the company the difference value after deducting the commission.

Sell Value: $164,220 COP
Commission value: $55,461.38 COP
Total to consign to brand clothing: $108,758.62

We have made this formula with multiple purchases and it is always different from the one that gives us the WCFM system.

The system says the commission is $58,028.76

We haven’t been able to know where the values come from $131,100.30 and because the VAT is subtracted – $24,909.06

They could explain in detail how to settle the commissions so that they can better understand the system. No value matches the manual settlement that we do in basic excel

Question: The value of $106,191.24 is the value to be consigned to the company or brand affiliated to the Marketplace, The Lefem commission collection invoice is not issued directly from the platform?

i´d like to clear things up.

1. When i give a vendor the option to pay per product (and for example they buy a package of three products) and they create three products the contingent is full. But what happens when they delete one product? Are they able to create a new product (because one slot is free now) or do they have to buy another contingent for the next product?

2. Do vendors havve to have a memmbership (or something simular) to pay per product or does pay per product work on its own and i can sell this option to every vendor also when they dont have a membership?

I think there is something very important for those of us who work with websites of listings such as rentals or reservations, we associate products with those listings.
I am writing to you here because I miss limitations for listings in both capacities and memberships.
I think that in “Capabilities” you could add limitations such as:
* Limit the number of listings that user can publish.
* Limit the amount of images you can publish in that listing.
* Feature this listing: YES or NO
* Limit the time that listing will appear as “Featured”
* Listing categories.
* Listings categories limit.
* See listing statistics (NOT of the product, NOT of the store)

I see that you have many options for products, articles, etc., but nothing for listings and it would be helpful for those of us who work with listings to have those options in “Capabilities” and “Memberships.

Vendor register in the market place using email old@mail.com (for example)
Vendor receives inquiry notification emails fine at this email address.

Vendor changes their account email to new@email.com (for example)
Now the vendor is not receiving inquiry notification emails at new@email.com
The notifications continue to go to the old email address that vendor originally used during registration

How can you fix this probelm?

I use woocommerce protected categories plugin to hide some products and categories and only a type of vendor must be enabled to view those products and categories.

I can assign a role to unlock those products and categories using buddypress member types pro plugin, but i need to do the same thing for wcfm vendors.

Somebody know how to do it?

I know you can click on the customer name and see more details (/store-manager/customers-details), but only customer Email, First Name, Last Name, and Company Name appear on that page.

When the customer registers on the site, they also enter their address, phone number, type of business, etc. We want to be able to include that information in the (/store-manager/customers-details) page and on the inquiry page (/store-manager/enquiry-manage/###/)
