Hi.

Posting here because I have not received any answers from the premium support ticket.

Almost a month ago ago I’ve requested support on how to display the membership plan selection screen before the vendor’s registration.

But I wanted to know if it’s possible to create a separate registration form depending on which plan the vendor chooses.

E.g.: the free membership plan should have different forms than the paid membership one.

Please, this is a very important feature that I need. Please reach out to me.

WCFM – Groups & Staffs

At bottom of page it says;

Admin will have a new settings tab under their WCFM dashboard front-end setting page – Groups & Staffs.

You can set new Manager and Staff creation mail content.

Most importantly, here you will have a option “Group auto-assignment on Registration”.

If you enable this then a group selection dropdown will be automatically append to your site Vendor Registration form. On registration vendors will be auto-assign to the preferred group they have choose.

– I have the “Groups & Staffs” option in my Settings menu.
– There is NO option “Group auto-assignment on Registration”.
– I have also looked in Settings > Vendor Registration and can see no option there either.

How do I auto-assign a Vendor to a group when they register?

I would like the following setup for Vendor registration(I have Ultimate + Groups add-on);

* Vendor can register
* * is it possible to move the verification code? See image – bad ux.
* Vendor sees setup wizard.
* Vendor can add products etc.
* Admin must approve seller to ‘go live’ (ie. make store/products available for sale).

What do I need to do to achieve this? I can only see global ‘Product Approval’ (Settings > Marketplace Settings) or option to ‘Required Approval’ which would prevent Vendor from getting started setting up their store (Settings > Vendor Registration).

With vendor registration (and a free plan on registration), the store setup doesn´t show up anymore. At the end of the registration, user gets two options to either go the dashboard or configure. However configure takes the user directly to profile section rather than store setup. I must say, previously, I have seen the store-setup but after multiple testing, it seems some dashboard setting or cookie setting is interfering. Could you please help?

We noticed the following issue with inquiries delivery to vendor:

Vendor register in the market place using email old@mail.com (for example)
Vendor receives inquiry notification emails fine at this email address.

Vendor changes their account email to new@email.com (for example)
Now the vendor is not receiving inquiry notification emails at new@email.com
The notifications continue to go to the old email address that vendor originally used during registration

How can you fix this probelm?

When a vendor receives an inquiry from a customer, they can see the message content and customer name and email address only. However, I want to setup the inquiry module to include more details about the customer. Since the marketplace is a B2B website.

I know you can click on the customer name and see more details (/store-manager/customers-details), but only customer Email, First Name, Last Name, and Company Name appear on that page.

When the customer registers on the site, they also enter their address, phone number, type of business, etc. We want to be able to include that information in the (/store-manager/customers-details) page and on the inquiry page (/store-manager/enquiry-manage/###/)

How can we do that?

When a customer want to inquire from a vendor, they click on “Contact Vendor” on the product page.

I have it it setup that customer will have to log-in to send inquiry form…

However, if the customer is new and never registered before on the site, then need to click on the “No account yet! Click here to register”

However, when the new customer clicks to register, he is not taken to the registration form, but taken to the WordPress my-account page.. They have to click on “Not a member yet? Register now.” to reach the registration form.

I feel this step is redundant. When they click on “No account yet! Click here to register” this should link to the registration form right away and not to the “my-account” page.

Please let me know how to fix this?

When a vendor joins free membership, we have setup limited capabilities to them.

One of the limited capability is “not able to see the enquiry message”. Which is good. Because we want them to upgrade to the premium membership.

Right now they are getting this message:

” Enquiry Board: You don’t have permission to access this page. Please contact your Store Admin for assistance.”

Please update that to look like the:

” Enquiry Board: Your (______) membership level doesn’t give you permission to access this enquiry message. Please upgrade your membership to premium level, or contact the website manager for assistance.”

1) Automatically add current membership level in (______)
2) Please hyperlink “upgrade your membership” to link to the upgrade page
3) Please hyperlink “contact” to link to the contact page
4) I also want to be able to translate this message to other languages
