Store or vendor rating?

      Is there any way to implement vendor or store rating? in case bad performing vendors or stores, who does not provide product description as per guideline provided by admin, or delay in delivery of products by vendor, admin can assign rating on the vendors or stores?

      I am not talking about reviews provided by the customers. I am talking about ratings provided by the admin based on predefined criteria.
