About email notice when vendor Shipment not yet already “x” days

      – Do you want to send a reminder to Vendor?
      -> yes, not only vendor but also admin all need a reminder

      Could you add this new email?

      Remind vendor to shipment, and notice amdin to check this prder not completed yet.
