We have nothing against Dokan. They were one of the the pioneers of WordPress based online marketplace solution and did great for the WP community. Though the demand was (still is) constantly increasing and this gap gave birth to other players, including us.

Initially, we started with WCFM, a frontend manager for WooCommerce and added support for all the major multi vendor plugins (WC Vendors, WC Marketplace, and Dokan) gradually. During this period we made aware of this huge demand-supply gap by our users, which inspire us to later develop WC Multivendor Marketplace (aka WCFM Marketplace).

WCFM Marketplace has been a huge hit since the day of its release i.e. 15th August 2018 (Independence Day of India). Some of our achievements in this less than a year span are (till the writing of this post) –

    Well, WCFM Membership has no premium extension!

    Do you mean WCFM – Group & Staff addon ?

    If so, then you may off course purchase using PayPal, and there you may use mastercard.

    In case it’s not working then place order via “Bank Transfer” option and we will provide you alternate payment option.

    Think you ignored the wholesale option of dokan. They offer the option to sell on retail and wholesale as well.

    i dont really understand the pricing. What can i pay to get all the module as a one time fee including the extra addons like ultimate , affiliate, groups and staff and all other addons

    I have been using Dokan Business for three months and it is terrible. Most of the features are still in development and don’t work properly and it takes forever for their support to resolve problems, actually based on my experience they can’t resolve problems they just tell you that they have. When you check and find that problem still current they take 2-3 days to respond and every comment you make to support takes another 2-3 for a response. Example 1. their product list export function only works with simple products so if you want to have variables like size, colour etc any updates have to be done individually in store. When a vendor exports their products list the list contains every product on the site from every other vendor! They have been more than 1-month trying to resolve the issue and every so often they send me an email saying it is fixed but when I check nothing has changed. Most recently they created dozens of attributes with single values in my admin to try and overcome the problem and didn’t tell me. That solution also failed.
    I am only using the most basic modules because the other modules just create more problems. This product is an absolute nightmare.
    I have lost 3-months worth of business because of it and the vendors that I had are now scared to do business with me because of the constant problems with Dokan. If I take into account the lost business and damage to my reputation in the market it would have been cheaper for me to spend $20,000 on a custom built product instead of $1,000 on Dokan.
    Don’t believe any positive reviews they are written by wedevs staff and contractors the product is rubbish.

    My only worry is the tech support.
    I have free version of WCFM on the test site and Dokan pro on the other.
    So far My experience with dokan tech support is horrible.
    Selling app is one thing but providing clients with support is another.
    Your company also lack in communication.
    I just wonder when I get stick who will I contact and how? if i need urgent support.
    I need more info on the tech support side, modification, plugin support and customization and so on.

      Well, there were two serious issues that arose in the last few months, just after the COVID pandemic.

      1. Number of support requests certainly increased 5 times than before
      2. In such a situation we are also running with a small team so it is not possible to increase our support team dramatically.

      So, we have closed our open “Free” support forum for now. Only focused on premium users though support ticket systems. https://wclovers.com/premium-support/

      Now, this creates some confusion and many free users considered this as we have stopped providing support!

      In general we reply within 6-24 hours for any premium support tickets. During weekends and holidays this may get delayed upto 48 hours.
